Dr. Han Ko

Han Ko has been an investor and a mentor in the field of technical startups for many years. He has a wide range of experience and network in business investments, focusing on technology and real estate through more than three decades of endeavor.

He earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees in electrical engineering and computer science in Washington University, Saint Louis, Missouri.  He continued his career with Fortune 500 companies in various roles.  

For the past 25 years, he has played an independent entrepreneur role as well, and has successfully launched and operated multiple technology and real estate ventures in U.S. and in S. Korea.

During his career, he was able to build a strong and vast business network with various local and regional businesses including various startups and venture capitalists along with governmental entities as well.

Over the multiple decades, he also has played key leadership roles in many business and nonprofit organizations, in the capacity of a founder, a board member, and an officer such as: 

• Asian American Chamber of Commerce

• Gateway Korea Foundation

• First Robotics for U.S.A.

• RoboCup Federation

• OCA - Asian Pacific American Advocates

• Korean American Scientists and Engineers Association

• Korean American Association

He also has been appointed and served as a Presidential Adviser to S. Korean President as a member of National Unification Advisory Council to promote the business and the peace in Korean peninsula for many years.
