Scott W. Mosher oversees all sales, financial, and marketing aspects of SmartCare. Moshers background includes driving annual revenues from $500k to more than $25 million at The Mortgage Store. As well as becoming a partner at The SOHO Shop, which has grown to be named one of the four fastest growing companies in St. Louis. His business acumen was built managing marketing and sales throughout his career as a financial planner and business owner. Scott has been in the finance and sales industry for over 20 years. His education includes graduate study towards a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, an undergraduate degree in political science, and a minor in legal studies.

Currently Mosher is the President of SmartCare, where he establishes strategies for the sales force in order to expand the customer base and execute the company’s financial goals. His goal is to provide leadership and direction towards the achievement of maximum profitability, top notch service he can believe in, and growth in line with his company vision and values.

He has an established track record in defining business models, account and market specific strategies, and forecast/compensation plans for regional and national sales organizations.

He is skilled in sales training and mentorship programs, territory and regional planning, strategic planning, sales productivity maximization, sales incentive development, negotiations, contracts and the achievement of financial goals and objectives. Focusing on helping develop and implement strategic plans and coaching teams to follow through execution of the plan. The outcomes include achieving organizational initiatives from the strategic plan, performance improvement, building high performing teams and personal and professional development.

Mosher is results driven, with an established record of sales and management success. An analytical thinker, and creative problem solver with the ability to drive revenue growth, resolve conflict, improve morale and consistently exceed profit goals.
