Virginia Menz is an IT Director with MTM Inc.  She has 16 years of experience working for technology start-up firms to large fortune 500 companies.  The range of industry experiences traverses from consulting services, logistic, banking, medical and defense companies such as Deutsche Bank, Department of Defense, Corizon Health, WWT, Asynchrony, and IBM.  Virginia has worked in different positions within the IT arena: Developer, Technical Specialist, DBA, System Administrator, Solution Architect, Program Manager and Senior Management.  In the business world, Virginia is a resourceful leader who drives aggressive planning, execution, and accountability. Within the IT space, Virginia is an architect that looks at the heart of the problem in order to design the overall end-to-end solution. Her true passion is learning how a technology innovation works and how it can be applied to build an efficient, cost effective solution.

Virginia graduated from Saint Louis University with a BS in Computer Science and minor in Mathematics.  She is also certified with the following: Certified Supply Chain Professional – APICS, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt – IBM, Certified ITIL V3, Carnegie Mellon CMMI and Lean Management Certificate- SLU.
