He is unquestionably a trusted, go-to expert for small-business loans and related services.
Prior to joining FortuneBank, Dave had been a top producer for Colliers International and he was also the Managing Director of Grubb & Ellis|Gundaker Commercial. He has achieved over $1 billion in real estate sales and in 2013 was elected to theMidwest Real Estate News Hall of Fame. In 2015, he was featured on the cover of Small Business Monthly as one of the “Top 100 People to Know to Succeed in Business in St. Louis.” Dave also has both CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and SIOR (Society of Industrial & Office Realtors) designations– a distinction held by fewer than 1% of licensed Realtors.
A graduate of DePauw University, Dave is a family man who is active in his church and organizations such as Junior Achievement, the Association for Corporate Growth, Missouri Venture Forum, and Habitat for Humanity.
