George Bardenheier
Former President - Web Decisions
George Bardenheier has been helping smart marketers grow profits through sophisticated data driven marketing his entire career. He has led teams, corporate divisions and companies that provide offline and digital marketing solutions to both B2C and B2B marketers.
He has worked for marketing services providers in New York City, Chicago and most recently in Greensboro, North Carolina where he served as President of Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Company, Web Decisions. That company is recognized as a leader in delivering complex customer marketing database solutions that allow for RTIM (Real Time Interaction Management) and CCCM (Cross Channel Campaign Management).
While with Web Decisions, he oversaw sales, marketing, client services, thought leadership and human resources. His mission was to help strengthen the company and to prepare it for sale. In May 2017, Web Decisions was acquired by Deloitte Digital.
He recently moved back home to St. Louis and is currently helping companies with their sales and marketing strategies through his consultancy, BARDENHEIER GROWTH STRATEGIES.
Previous career experiences have included Experian Marketing Services (Senior Vice President-Sales), Acxiom Corporation (Senior Vice President-Strategic Planning), Partners Marketing (Chief Operating Officer) and Notch Interactive (President). George has worked closely with clients from every vertical industry category (Retail, Catalog, Insurance, Financial Services, Internet Marketers, Publishers, CPG and B2B).
George Bardenheier is expert in the field of strategic data driven marketing including all aspects of the data economy: internet marketing, marketing message targeting and delivery, inbound marketing, content marketing, strategic selling, partnership development, direct mail, lead generation, team building, analytics and organizational change. He is passionate about the role that team work and a positive company culture can play in each stakeholder’s success.
George Bardenheier is a proud graduate of the University of Missouri-Saint Louis where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He has furthered his professional advancement at the Center for Creative Leadership, Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg School of Business (Advanced Management Course), Boston Consulting Group (Value Chain Analysis) and he earned Hubspot’s Inbound Marketing Certification and Agency Certification.
