Jerry Sax
Former CFO and Company Director

Jerry Sax currently volunteers his time to educational and community organizations, and has previously also volunteered as a member of regional panels of independent judges for Ernst & Young’s annual Entrepreneur of the Year award program.

Over a span of more than 30 years, Jerry gained experience in financial and operational roles, both domestically and abroad.   Most recently, he served on the Board of Directors of Electrical Components International (ECI), a PE-sponsored multinational manufacturing company, where he also held the position of CFO.

Jerry had previously served as Senior VP and CFO of Viasystems Group, a NASDAQ-listed multinational electronics manufacturing company.   Prior to his CFO role, Jerry had served in operational roles for Viasystems Group, including both as Senior VP-Global Supply Chain and as an ex-pat Senior VP-Europe.

Before joining Viasystems Group, Jerry had been VP and Corporate Controller of Berg Electronics, an NYSE-listed multinational manufacturing company.

Upon completion of an undergraduate business degree at Saint Louis University, Jerry began his career as a CPA at Arthur Andersen.   His primary focus at Arthur Andersen was its “enterprise group” practice, which catered to the special needs of small, growing, entrepreneurial companies.
