Lou Laderman’s business and legal career has ranged from the courtroom to the boardroom. In addition to representing clients in private practice, Lou has been the general counsel of both publicly traded and privately held companies and has been involved in more than 200 mergers and acquisitions. He was recognized as one of Missouri’s Top Three In-House Lawyers by Missouri Lawyers Weekly and was twice named a “Dealmaker of the Year” by the St. Louis Business Journal. Lou has a broad base of business and legal expertise, with emphasis in mergers and acquisitions, trade dress and trademark usage, and labor and employment law.

Lou was most recently Senior Vice President Corporate Development, Secretary and General Counsel at Vi-Jon, North America’s largest private brands manufacturer of personal care products. He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from St. Louis University and his Bachelor of Science from Purdue University.
