Rick is currently the CFO of Merric Millwork & Seating. Prior to Merric, Rick was VP, CAO, Treasurer, head of Investor Relations, and Controller of Furniture Brands and Heritage Home, VP, CAO and Controller of Panera Bread Company, along with Auditor and Advisor at Ernst & Young. Rick graduated from Wake Forest University. Rick and his wife, Liz, have two children, Shane and Austin.
