Steve was formerly the Sr. Director of Product Development and International Product Development at Express Scripts for 8 and 2 years respectively. The year following, Steve served Lumeris as the VP of Corporate Development. He then moved to Little Fishes Swim School, where as an owner he grew enrollment by 4x and EBITDA by 7x and led over 120 employees. After successfully selling Little Fishes Swim School, Steve took Presidency over SM Innovations for almost 7 years.

Currently, Steve is a general partner with AMP314 involved with angel, venture, and equity investing.
